2019 Kampala MTN marathon

2019 Kampala MTN marathon at 1000m high altitude with over 30 000 part ipants and over 10 000 participants that ran 10km. Team UAFA had a great run earlier today. Most of our athletes that represented us today had a great run and some of them posted new personal bests. The goal for todays competition was to see how the endurance-training has gone during the off-season, the athletes all ran longer than they are used to to test their endurance. Now we are switching focus to speed-endurance to get ready for the track-aeason starting in March. This makes the new season 2020 look so brighter. At this point we must thank our great coach, Tor Pöllännen, donors, sponsors and the whole UAFA Club management for making the MTN marathon participation a great one, keep going with the same passion and effort you've all put in so far.
